Help is available in a variety of ways.
- Regular Technical Support can be used for solving technical related issues when installing or running the product. Issues like unexpected error message. This is a free service available to licensed users of current releases of the Quality Window products.
- Training Courses are available for onsite training for groups of 10 or more people. This training is typically designed to provide “hands on” overview of the Quality Window product and best suited new users of the product as well as the people who will support it on site. - Consulting is available as a support offering as well. This is especially effective in a startup mode or to meet a specific goal like technical interfaces to existing equipment. The consulting can be delivered in two ways. First at the customer site and secondly remotely from the Busitech offices.
