Why am I getting a Date/Time Validation error when entering data in Quality Window?

When entering data in Quality Window the Date and Time must be greater than the date and time of the previous record and less than the current system date and time of the computer being used to enter the data.

Possible reasons are:

A bad Date/Time was entered manually

1. Edit the oldest bad date and work forward until all the bad dates/times have been corrected

The system date/time is set improperly on a computer being used to enter the data

1. Correct the System Date/Time on each computer being used to enter Quality Window data
2. Edit the oldest bad date/time and work forward until all the bad dates/times have been corrected

The date/time has become corrupted

1. Use QWFilePack to bundle the application template and email the resulting .ZIP file to support@busitech.com along with your license number and an explanation of the problem.
